Shipping FAQ

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders at the weekend are processed and posted on Monday.

We ship worldwide. There's a few exceptions, including Africa and Nigeria.

For single items, we do not offer tracking information. For larger orders sent as parcels we generally do provide access to parcel tracking.

Customer Services

95% of our items are received within 1 working day. Please email us if you have not received your order within 5 working days. Please note: Royal Mail require us to wait 14 days before we can raise any form of claim.

Yes, all transactions are over SSL (secure), indicated by the padlock at the top of your browser. We do not store any payment data relating to your transaction.

From 3rd Janauary we now use lite sleeve packaging for all our items. This is to reduce the size of your package and the cost associated. If you would prefer a jewel case, please select at checkout.
