Returns Information

We're here to make returning your unwanted items to us as a easy as possible. Simply complete the form at the bottom of the page and return it with your item. More information is available below on our returns process.

Unwanted or wrong item ordered

You should contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you've changed your mind, or ordered the wrong item. We'll issue you with a returns (RMA) number, which you'll need to add to the returns form when returning your item.

Note: We can only accept items returned in original condition (with original or shrink-wrap packaging). Please remember that the responsibility of the item is yours until we've successfully received the item. We always recommend using signed for delivery options.

Faulty or incorrect item received

Occasionally faulty items do occur and we'll do our best to put it right straight away. If you receive a faulty or an incorrect item, we'll offer you a replacement (this is at no cost to you). If you feel this is not satisfactory, we'll give you a full refund and you'll be required to return the item to us using our returns form. Faulty items should be returned to us within 30 days to allow a prompt refund.

Exchanges

We'll usually honour exchanges for new items within 30 days of contacting us. To efficiently manage stock levels, we recommend placing an order for your new item before you send the old item back. This ensures a prompt delivery and speeds up the returns process.

Cancelled order

If you wish to cancel your order with us that hasn't already been dispatched with a full refund, you should contact us via email immediately.

If your order has already been posted, you may need to complete the returns form and send the item back to us.

When returning your items to Music King for a full refund, exchange or replacement of a faulty item - it's important to include the returns form with your order. If we don't receive the returns form it can significantly slow down the process.
