CD and Vinyl Delivery Charges

Our delivery promise is to get your items to you as quickly as possible, dispatching the very same day. We use priority delivery services to make sure your items reach you in excellent condition every time.

Ordering CDs - With or without CD cases

When choosing a CD, you will be given an option to select your CD to be dispatched with or without a CD case. More information below:

Without CD Case - We use industry quality plastic sleeves to dispatch your CD and CD covers safely and securely. This method allows us to send your item as a letter, meaning we can keep the costs of delivery as low as possible.

With CD Case - We'll dispatch your CD in a jewel CD case, the same as you'll find in your local record store. There is usually a £1 surcharge for the case which covers the cost of the jewel case and increased delivery costs.

Regardless of the option, our Delivery Promise is that your item will arrive in excellent condition. If it doesn't, let us know, and we'll fix it right away.

Same-day Dispatch Before 3pm

What happens next?

Once you've placed your order with us, we'll aim to get it in the post the same day, if you've ordered with us before 3pm Monday to Friday.
If you order is received on a Saturday or Sunday, we'll process your order and dispatch it the next working day. You will receive an email once your order is on its way.
Please observe any UK Bank Holidays, as this may delay either the dispatch or the speed of the delivery in which you receive.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us.

Important Order Information

Keeping you updated

When you complete your purchase we'll send you an order confirmation to let you know we've received your order.
Once we've dispatched your order you'll receive a dispatch confirmation to let you know it's on its way.
If we need to cancel your order or if you've changed your mind, you'll receive a cancellation confirmation.

Getting your order to you

Orders dispatched via Royal Mail will usually fit through a letterbox, therefore won't need a signature.
Larger parcels, and our courier service will require a signature for parcels.

If we're awaiting more stock

We're a multi-website retailer, which means we sell our products on more than one website. For particularly popular items we can occasionally run low on stock. We'll let you know if this happens, you've then a number of options:

1. Wait for more stock to arrive, and we'll get your item to you right away
2. Have a substitute item provided. Substitutes are of equal or greater value than your original order
3. Have a full refund, no questions asked.

Returning any items

As part of our commitment to making our order process simple, we've put together a simple returns policy.
You're still covered under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
