Delivery Information

a white and black truck parked in front of a buildingWe operate a quick, easy and fuss-free delivery service. Using a carefully selected range of postal and courier services, we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible, in excellent condition.

If you change your mind about your order, don't worry - returns are just as easy too.

All products shown on our website are listed as 'in stock' - this means we've got those items available for immediate dispatch directly from us, usually using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

CD orders delivered to UK addresses are completely FREE. Otherwise, postage is charged as follows:

For larger orders we may opt to use a courier at our discretion and at a cost to us.
We'll notify you if this is the case, and arrange any tracking information to be provided.

CD Packaging

All items are dispatched in our lightweight plastic sleeve packaging to keep your CD safe and to reduce the cost of your postage.

For available items, you may select to include a CD jewel case at additional cost. 

Same Day Dispatch Before 3pm

What happens next?

Once you've placed your order with us, we'll aim to fulfill it the same day, if you've ordered with us before 3pm.
This applies to orders placed Monday to Friday. Note, orders placed on a Sunday may not be fulfilled until the following working day.
Please observe any UK Bank Holidays, as this may delay either the dispatch or the speed of the delivery in which you receive.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us.

Changes to Vinyl Postage Charges

For Vinyl orders, a UK delivery charge of £1.50 per item applies. We've made this change to improve the packaging and speediness of your delivery based on customer feedback. This is effective from April 1st 2016.

Important Order Information

Keeping you updated

When you complete your purchase we'll send you an order confirmation to let you know we've received your order.
Once we've dispatched your order you'll receive a dispatch confirmation to let you know it's on its way.
If we need to cancel your order or if you've changed your mind, you'll receive a cancellation confirmation.

Getting your order to you

Orders dispatched via Royal Mail will usually fit though a letterbox, therefore won't need a signature.
Larger parcels, and our courier service will require a signature for parcels.

If we're awaiting more stock

We're a multi website retailer, which means we sell our products on more than one website. For particularly popular items we can occasionally run low on stock. We'll let you know if this happens, you've then a number of options:

1. Wait for more stock to arrive, and we'll get your item to you right away
2. Have a substitute item provided. Substitutes are of equal or greater value than your original order
3. Have a full refund, no questions asked.

Returning any items

As part of our commitment to making our order process simple, we've put together a simple returns policy.
You're still covered under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
